Tour from Tangier Plan

Day 1: Tangier – Chefchaouen – Fes
Tangier is the capital of the North of Morocco, a city with a view of two sea faces; the Mediterranean Sea and the Atlantic Sea. You will start your tour from Tangier after breakfast, and move to explore some important places in Tangier such as the Grand Mosque, Cap Spartel, Cinema Rif, Kasbah Museum, Tangier American Legation Museum, and Hercules Cave. Today, our adventure will lead us to visit Chefchaouen Blue Pearl. We will visit the most important places. Visitors because of its color and views love it. Additionally, it is located in a place that mixes nature and civilization. Shortly, it is fascinating hearts and made souls lose the stress of life. We will have unique moments while we walk in the old city. Moreover, we will have a sweet lunch with a nice cup of tea with mint. Chefchaouen has many places that will make your journey impeccable. We will travel to explore imperial cities, such as Meknes and Volubilis. Meknes is a city that organizes the International Festival of Agriculture each April. Moulay Ismail built its big and old part against attacks from Berber tribes who did not like to be under his rule. Today, there are Plaza of Lhdim, Bab Mansour, Sahrij Sawani, old Medina, etc. After lunch in Meknes, we will travel to Volubilis. It is an old Berber and partly Romans ruined town. Seriously, it still saved its unique monuments that deserve to be visited and to know more about them. We will continue our adventure overnight in Fez.


Day 2: Fes sightseeing
Fez is an imperial city with a great reputation and a rich history. After you have your breakfast, the local guide will select the most important places, and walk with you to visit them. Fez has thousands of attractive places, which give Fez a big sight and make it economically progress year after year. It has a part that is a UNESCO Heritage Site; Fez El-Bali. Day 3: Fes – Merzouga
On the 3rd day of our Tour from Tangier, our adventure will take us from the imperial city to the Merzouga Desert and the golden Sahara via Middle Atlas towns. We will have our breakfast, and then travel to Ifrane, the most beloved town in Morocco. Many people around the globe call it the Switzerland of Morocco because of its position and its beauty. It is covered with trees, being white by snow in winter; streams of water are poured, a sculpture lion from big stone, a Gouraud tree with Berber shops, etc. We will move to Azrou, and stop in Cedar Forest to see Berber horses and monkeys. After a while there, we will travel to Midelt. Briefly, we will stop at each unique place to entertain your holiday and take pictures. In Midelt, we will have lunch, and then cross Tizi N Talghamt to Merzouga through Ziz Valley. It is a panoramic and unique oasis of palm trees with high-quality dates. We will travel to Merzouga through many villages and unique deserts. Our overnight stay will be in a hotel.


Day 4: Tour around Erg Chebbi by 4×4 – camel ride and night in desert camp
Merzouga is a small Berber village that is approximately located on the Algerian border. It is known because Erg Chebbi is the destination. After breakfast, you will explore the unique area by 4×4. We will start with Berber nomads to learn how to build a tent and how to produce it. They always offer a sweet and nice cup of tea with mint or herbicide. On the other side, there is the Khamlia village of Gnawa black people who came from Sudan and settled in Morocco. We will enjoy moments with Gnawa music that makes souls live with positive energy and lose the stress of urbanization. Finally, you will have an impeccable experience that will be unforgettable. Camels or cars will take you, as you prefer, to a luxury Sahara camp. Indeed, it is a moment that no one wants to miss because there are panoramic views to explore, such as climbing the dunes to shoot sunset lights, and millions of stars at night with Berber music to have suitable momentum.


Day 5: Merzouga – Todra Gorge – Dades Gorges
On the 5th day of your tour from Tangier, you will wake up early, and then go to the above dunes, where you will explore the beloved lights of sunrise with a sneeze of wind. After your adventure, it will take you back to Merzouga. You will have a Berber breakfast and take a shower. Today, you will leave this wonderland of sand. Briefly, Merzouga is a big underground body of water in Morocco. We will continue to Erfoud, which is an oasis town with décor that makes some films. It has fossils and a collapsed town-Sijilmasa. Before traveling to Tinjdad through Berber villages, we will stop here to share your new knowledge. In those villages, there is an old Kasbah to take a short look at and visit Berber shops for their unique traditional clothes and some souvenirs. In Tinjdad town, we will explore an old Kasbah after enjoying your Berber dishes for lunch. Todra Gorges is our next destination to visit. It is a narrow place, located between high mountains. It has a stream of water that makes it special. In a short time, there will be enough to fascinate your hearts. As the day goes on, we will move to Dades Gorges to spend the night.


Day 6: Dades Gorges - Ouarzazate –Marrakech
Continuing our tour from Tangier in Dades Gorges, a Berber village with panoramic views of nature such as streams of water with some small waterfalls entering the chains of mountains that look fabulous, and are a unique oasis. Therefore, we will enjoy our delicious breakfast above the point that looks beautiful. Then we will cross an area with thousands of Kasbahs, which unfortunately collapsed after being abandoned. In addition, some families’ nomads have different traditions and different Berber accents, which means new information and secrets. Our adventure will take us to Kelaat M’Gouna, where we will see Rose Valley. It organizes the International Festival of Roses each year in April. Moreover, Ouarzazate is a Berber city with a large population. Shortly, it is the city of cinema in Morocco and Africa. Several international films have come to Ouarzazate. Additionally, it has the biggest solar energy station in Africa. Furthermore, Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah is a UNESCO Heritage Site that has panoramic views of historical architecture and the high wall around the old Berber village. It is located in a position that gives it wide vision. Here, we are going to have our lunch before going to visit some Kasbahs like Aglaw and Amridil Kasbah. We will finally travel through Tizi N’Ticheka to Marrakech.


Day 7: Exploring Marrakech
We will have our breakfast, and then a local guide will be with you to explore “the Red City.” Marrakech is a beloved city in Morocco because it mixes nature, modernism, and a huge number of stories. Historically, Youssef Ben Tachfine built it, and he made it the capital of Morocco. From the first glance at its old building, you will see that a wise and intelligent king ruled Marrakech. Today, those structures are a significant cultural heritage and the true face of Morocco’s past. The guide will select the most important places, and walk with you to visit them. Day 8: Marrakech – Casablanca – Rabat

Finally, we continue our road to Casablanca, where we will discover the mosque of Hassan 2. It was once the biggest mosque in the world. It was built from 1987-1993 around the Atlantic Coast. Furthermore, there are more unique places to uncover, which will be a surprise on the trip. Overnight, we will be in Rabat.


Day 9: Rabat – Asilah – Tangier
We will visit Rabat. It is the administrative capital, where we will see its rich history and modern side. In addition, some places look especially beloved, like the Tower of Hassan. Yacob Almansour planned it in the 12th century. Unfortunately, he died before the building was finished. There are also Bab Lhad, Bab Challah, Oudaya Kasbah, etc. Finally, we will travel to Asilah, where we will visit some places before heading to our last destination Tangier.
